- Expungement papers: file in the General Sessions or State Trial Court where the Davidson County matter originated
DCSO's Due West Avenue counter handles inmate records only. It is not the office for an MNPD report, accident report, or booking photograph. The Criminal Court Clerk, rather than DCSO, supplies filed case papers and certified dispositions.
