4. Search the Criminal Court Clerk with the booking spelling and date of birth. A new filing may lag behind intake, so check again or call the clerk for the disposition.
5. Order TORIS from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation for a statewide Tennessee name check. Use TDOC FOIL only for a person currently or formerly in state felony custody or supervision.
